Sections 5577.04 and 5577.05 of the Ohio Revised Code specify the maximum size and weight allow able that does NOT require a Special Hauling Permit. If you exceed any of those values and desire to travel on a Butler County road, or township road within Butler County, a Butler County Special Hauling Permit will be required.
